(iv) obtain an income verification certification from the<br />

Social Security Administration and/or the California<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> Social Services if the person receives<br />

assistance from such agencies;<br />

(v) obtain an alternate form <strong>of</strong> income verification<br />

reasonably acceptable to Agency, if none <strong>of</strong> the<br />

above forms <strong>of</strong> verification is available.<br />

(D) Agency Assistance. It is the intent <strong>of</strong> the Parties that Agency<br />

provide financial assistance through <strong>Anaheim</strong>’s Homebuyer<br />

Downpayment Assistance Programs, to the extent funding exists in<br />

such programs, and to the extent that such assistance is necessary<br />

to ensure that prospective Initial Buyers who otherwise qualify to<br />

purchase an Affordable Housing Unit on the Site can do so at an<br />

Affordable Housing Cost. Therefore, Agency agrees to make<br />

available to Lower Income <strong>House</strong>holds, as needed, financial<br />

assistance towards the purchase <strong>of</strong> an Affordable Housing Unit on<br />

the Site <strong>of</strong> not less than the Minimum Agency Assistance.<br />

(E) Recordation <strong>of</strong> Affordable Housing Restrictive Covenant. On<br />

or before the closing for the Initial Sale <strong>of</strong> each Affordable<br />

Housing Unit, Developer shall record the Affordable Housing<br />

Restrictive Covenant against the Housing Parcel on which such<br />

unit exists.<br />

(F) Recordation <strong>of</strong> Release <strong>of</strong> Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement.<br />

Concurrently with the closing <strong>of</strong> Initial Sale <strong>of</strong> each <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Affordable Housing Units, Developer shall record the Release <strong>of</strong><br />

Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement against the Housing Parcel on which<br />

such unit exists.<br />

504.3 Creation <strong>of</strong> Market Rate Housing Units.<br />

(A) INTENTIONALLY OMITTED.<br />

(B) Recordation <strong>of</strong> Release <strong>of</strong> Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement.<br />

Concurrently with the closing <strong>of</strong> Initial Sale <strong>of</strong> each <strong>of</strong> the Market<br />

Rate Housing Units, Developer shall record the Release <strong>of</strong><br />

Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement against the Housing Parcel on which<br />

such unit exists.<br />

504.4 Payment <strong>of</strong> Additional Purchase Prices. On or before the Additional<br />

Purchase Price Payment Date, Developer shall deliver to Agency (i) funds equal to<br />

the Additional Purchase Price, and (ii) documentation reasonably acceptable to<br />

Agency depicting the method by which the Additional Purchase Price was<br />
