The invention relates to an anchor for fixing the tubing in the string<br />

of the oil extracting wells in the construction of the tubing<br />

installations, plunger pump as a section for blocking the tubing on<br />

the inside of the well string. The anchor for fixing the tubing in the<br />

string of the oil extracting wells provides the tubing fixing by the<br />

fact that a cylindrical body has a higher connection wherein there is<br />

mounted a valve for emptying the anchor, which consists of a<br />

gauged pin, a valve and a valve seat and the slips may displace<br />

radially and perform the reinforcement on the interior side of the<br />

well string, being pushed by a rubber sleeve , which extends in<br />

diameter due to the pressure generated by the oil pumped inside an<br />

enclosure formed by an inner tube, provided with some orifices for<br />

the inlet of the pressurized oil and the rubber sleeve, thereby it<br />

overcoming the force of some plate springs which provide the<br />

withdrawal of the slips and the assembly release, when, by<br />

introducing a supplementary interior pressure, there takes place the<br />

shearing of the gauged pin given by a circular tool in the<br />

construction of the valve for anchor emptying, the pressures from<br />

the inside and the outside being equalized and the rubber sleeve and<br />

the slips returning in the withdrawn position.<br />

This new design solution shows the following improvements over<br />

known alternatives:<br />

- it creates the possibility of oscillatory system operation with a<br />

point of oscillation around its center of mass;<br />

- it is obtained a better and stable centered position of rod spindle to<br />

textile spindle cup which provides enhanced precision for both the<br />

rod axis perpendicularity to the ring frame bank and a better<br />

centered position to ring;<br />

- there are improved indices for production, productivity, power<br />

consumption, quality of processed yarns, reliability.<br />
