The invention relates to the description the implementing technological<br />

parameters of some polymeric materials (poly ethylene glycol with<br />

2000 and 4000 molecular mass, vinyl-maleate and matacrylate-maleate<br />

co-polymers) in exploitation conditions of soils from glasshouses and<br />

solariums, cultivated with vegetables, and the effects produced on the<br />

agrochemical and ecological characteristics of treated soils,<br />

respectively. The procedure can be utilized for the conditioning of soils<br />

from glasshouses and solariums or for improvement of degraded soils.<br />

The procedure described by this invention included: (i) data for the<br />

optimal sizing of the installation depending on the volume, type /<br />

degradation degree and exploitation conditions of soil, type of polymer<br />

and stability duration in soil; (ii) technological data for the<br />

implementation of polymeric materials: concentration of solutions and<br />

input flows in the installation, optimal doses on volume unit / soil<br />

surface and the duration of action for polymeric materials; (iii)<br />

estimative costs for the procedure implementation; (iv) specifications<br />

about the ecological effects of mining-term average – estimated on the<br />

basis of monitoring indicators of residual effects and of contamination<br />

of soils (implicit of vegetable products); (v) specifications about the<br />

inhibitory / relegation effects of the main degradation processes of soils<br />

from glasshouses and solariums cultivated with vegetables and the<br />

effects regarding the biodisponibilization of nutritive elements in soil.<br />

The invention relates to the description of a sequential solid / liquid<br />

extraction procedure (with 5 extraction steps) in aqueous two-phase<br />

systems polymer (polyethylene glycol with 2000 molecular mass) –<br />

inorganic salt, which can be applied for selective or group separation of<br />

organic-mineral complexes from soils. In extracts, the organic-mineral<br />

complexes can be quantitatively determined with high precision, by<br />

conventional analytical methods (gravimetric, molecular absorption<br />

spectrometry in IR and UV-VIS) and / or can be studied from chemicalmineralogical<br />

composition and structure point of view, with superior<br />

precision in comparison with the methods used now. The procedure<br />

described in this invention included: (i) the methodology for<br />

preparation of soil samples: drying, size reduction and grain size<br />

fractionation, preliminary fractionation; (ii) the methodology and work<br />
