Intended to monitor in situ galvanic deposition baths without<br />
stopping the process without removing the cathode from the bath by<br />
measuring evolution of gloss and layer thickness of galvanic<br />
deposit. Continuous monitoring of these two parameters allows the<br />
quantitative and qualitative analysis of galvanic process, the latter<br />
giving the possibility of establishing in real time of yield power,<br />
energy efficiency, balance of materials, energy balance and<br />
productivity of galvanic process. Also, power output of proposed<br />
sensorial systems are controlled output in feed-back loops for<br />
automatic galvanic processes to optimize the operation of their<br />
cells.<br />
