The essence of the invention consist in preparation of strips from
two leyers of the membrane of the spinal cord from the vertebrates,
from arachnoida and pia mater, with sterilization in solution formoli
0,5%, impregnation in temperature of 20…25°C with duration from
5 to 7min, the solution contain the nitrat of arginti, formoli 0,5%,
liquid ammonia 25% and distillede water in folowing proportion of
the components in 100ml: Arginti nitrici-5,0 g; liquor ammonii
25% 22,o-24,oml; aqua distillata-the rest. Then the surgical material
can be well preserved in alcohol 96°.
Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se prepară făşii din două straturi
din tunicile măduvei spinării de la animalele vertebrate, din
arahnoidă şi pia mater, se sterilizază în formalină de 0,5%, se
impregnează la temperatura de 20...25°C, timp de 5...7 min, cu o
soluţie ce conţine nitrat de argint, formalină de 0,5%, sol. de
amoniac de 25% şi apă distilată, în următorul raport al
componentelor la 100 ml: Nitrat de argint: 5,0 g; Formalină de
0,5%-5,0 ml; soluţie de amoniac de 25%-22,0...24,0 ml; apă
distilată-restul. După care materialul preparat se conservă în alcool
de 96°.
