The invention solves the problem of obtaining of microbial<br />
amylases in high quantity and consists in proposing of<br />
submerged cultivation proceeding of fungal strain<br />
Aspergillus niger 33-19 CNMN FD 02A, which includes<br />
treatment of spore suspension culture with low-intensity<br />
millimeter waves in continuum regime. Technical result of<br />
invention consists in increasing of amylolytic enzymes<br />
biosynthesis by 34,3 – 31,2 % and reduction of cultivation<br />
cycle of producer with 24-48 h.<br />
Invenţia rezolvă problema obţinerii unor cantităţi sporite de<br />
amilaze microbiene şi constă în elaborarea unui procedeu de<br />
cultivare submersă a tulpinii de fungi Aspergillus niger 33-<br />
19 CNMN FD 02A, care include tratarea suspensie de spori a<br />
culturii cu unde milimetrice de intensitate joasă emise în<br />
regim continuu. Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în<br />
sporirea biosintezei enzimelor amilolitice cu 34,3 – 31,2 %<br />
faţă de prototip, reducerea duratei de cultivare cu 24 – 48<br />
ore.<br />

The optimization of technological process is achieved by<br />
supplementing the cultivation media of producer-strains with<br />
coordination compounds of transitions metals (Cu, Ni, Mo,<br />
Co, Ti) with different ligands - amino acid, semicarbazone,<br />
dimetilglioxime, as stabilizers of biosynthetical capacity of<br />
producers. The advantages of technologies consists in<br />
increasing of hydrolytical activity with 31,8-75%, reducing<br />
technological cycle with 24 hours;<br />
