Esq. [Rochester] approving an increase in penalty of 4d. <strong>to</strong><br />

12d. in respect of the Articles of Regulation for the Pensioners.<br />

With copy letters from Twopeny <strong>to</strong> Mr. Lamprey of Maids<strong>to</strong>ne,<br />

Solici<strong>to</strong>r, concerning the Dean and Chapter of Rochester<br />

declining <strong>to</strong> renew a lease 31st August 1807 and <strong>to</strong><br />

Mr. Commissioner Hope of Chatham Dockyard informing him of<br />

his decision not <strong>to</strong> increase the penalty.<br />

from H.M. Dockyards Chatham and Sheerness, concerning<br />

alteration of Hospital's foundation rules <strong>to</strong> allow extension of<br />

benefits <strong>to</strong> out-pensioners with mention also made of proposed<br />

extension of premises.<br />
