Subject: Protect public health, land and water
Dear Mr. Richmond
Montana needs full disclosure of the chemicals used in oil and gas drilling, particularly for
hydraulic fracturing.
I urge the Board of Oil and Gas to do the right thing and modify their proposed rules to
protect public health and our land and water. The BOGC has a duty to protect the citizens of
Montana and these rules as currently written only protect industry.
Also, in order to hear perspectives from around the state, an additional public hearing
should held in Billings.
