Dear Mr. Richmond,
As a physician I am very interested in matters that affect the health and safety of Montanans. As plans move forward to
bring hydraulic fracturing to Montana, I am concerned and disturbed that there have not been adequate hearings. I don't
think one hearing in Sidney allows adequate access for the rest of Montanans that may be affected by hydraulic
fracturing. From a public health standpoint, I feel strongly that there must be rules and regulations that require the
disclosure of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing. It is imperative that there is an additional hearing in Billings in order
to allow access for a wider discussion, and facilitate greater involvement and input from Montana's medical community.
