The initial capital cost of clean-energy operations are<br />
artificially marked up by bankers, contractors, equipment<br />
suppliers, and in most cases the owners themselves. One<br />
reason is that they can charge more while availing<br />
subsidies and tax holidays. Another reason is that the<br />
owners are from the oil industry. It is they who bring their<br />
pedigree cost-inflation shenanigans that they use when<br />
signing Production-Sharing Agreement (PSA) with<br />
