There is a difference between someone who has seen<br />
smoke and someone does it as a prank. In<strong>for</strong>med consent<br />
is a prerequisite <strong>for</strong> any medication or medical procedure.<br />
It applies to vaccines too. Beside that:<br />
1. There is no need to trust vaccine propaganda<br />
originating from American outfits involved in<br />
complicit in the clandestine testing and use of<br />
nuclear/biological/chemical weapons and material on<br />
