(2) Prefix/Suffix<br />
Each of a prefix and suffix should be a maximum of eight bytes long and consist of ASCII characters (00h to FEh).<br />
The default is no prefix/suffix. You can specify a prefix or suffix with the configuration software (ScannerSetting).<br />
(3) Code ID mark<br />
This optional field specifies a code ID mark identifying a bar code symbology. Six types of system-defined code ID<br />
marks are available as listed below. (Default: Type 1)<br />
In addition, a user-defined code ID mark is also available for each of the bar code symbologies listed below. It should<br />
be a maximum of two bytes long and consist of ASCII characters (00h to FEh).<br />
You can also select whether or not to transmit the code ID mark. (Default: No transmission)<br />
