constitution of the Guildford Road Board.
Notice of Intention.
Department of Works and Trading Concerns,
P.W. 6063/21. Perth, 14th September, 1922.
IT is hereby notified, for general information, that
it is the intention of [Lis Excellency the Governor,
under the provisions of "The Road Districts Act.
1919," and all other powers enabling him in that behalt,
to constitute the whole of the Municipal :District
of Guildford, also portions of the Darling Range and
Swan Road Districts as hereinafter described. in
Schedules "A" and "B," a Road District: the whole
of such territory to be known as the Guildford Road
District; and that after such constitution to divide the
district into three wards, with ithe names and boundaries
as shown as described in Schedule "C" hereto. Plans
showing the proposed Road District may be seen at the
Local Government Office, P.IV.D., Perth.

Schedule "A."
Guildford Road District.
Tra, st er of territory from the Darling Range Road
District.
All that piece of land bounded on the Northward by
part of the present boundary of the Darling Range Road
District, from the .East corner of Helena Location 7
to intersect the production North!of the East boundary
of Lot 222 of 'Helena Location 20a.
On the Eastward by lines commencing at the said
intersection and extending Southward along the said
production of and East boundary of Lot 222, the Eastern
boundaries of Lots 246 and 247, the South-Eastern
boundaries of Lots 248 and 249; thence to the intersection
of the Northern side of Road No. 1222 with the
Western side of the Darling Range Railway Reserve,
and along the Eastern and South-Eastern sides of said.
Roads Nos. 1222 and 3504 to intersect the North boundary
of Swan Location 1298.
On the Southward by lines commencing at the latter
intersection and extending Westward to and along the
South boundary of Location 1295, the East, South-East,
and South-West boundaries of Location 2781 (48/2363),
the South Western boundaries of Locations 1875, 2782,
1477, Reserve 13765, the North-Eastern side of Road
No. 1844, part of the South-West boundary of Location
1170, part of the South-East boundary of Location 773,
a No:th- East and I the South-East boundary of ' 11"
Reserve 259 to its South corner.
On tie Westward by lines commencing at the said
South corner, and extending Northward along part of
the present 'boundaries of the Darling Range Road District
to the starting point.

Guildfoiil Road District.
Y'rausfer of territory front the Shan Road District.
A 11 the piece of land bounded by lines commencing
at the intersection of the left bank of the Swan River
with an inlet of the said river, being the Northernmost
point on the present 'boundaries of the Guildford Municipality,
and extending along the said left bank of the
Swan River and the left bank of Woodbridge Creek to
the boundaries of the Midland Junction Municipality
and Southward, Eastward, and Southward along said
municipal boundaries to the Eastern side of the Darling
Range Railway Reserve, and along said Eastern side
of the railway reserve to the left bank of the Helena
River; thence following the present boundaries of the
Swan Road District to the starting point.

Guildford Road District.
Description of Ward Boundaries.
Guildford Ward.Bounded on the Westward and
Northward by the left bank of the Swan River and
Woodbridge Creek from the junction of the former with
the month of the Helena River to intersect the boundaries
of the Midland Junction Municipality.
On the Eastward and Southward by part of the said
municipal boundaries from the aforesaid intersection
to the left bank of the Helena River, and along said
bank of the Helena River to the production South-
Eastward of the North-East boundary of "C" Reserve
198; thence along said production and North-East bounday
and to and along the North-East boundary of
Helena Location 20d, and along its North-West boundary
to the right bank of the Helena River, and along
said hank of the river to the starting point.
South-liVard.On the Northward by part of the South
boundary of the Guildford Ward, from the mouth of
the 'Helena River to:the North corner of Location 7.
On the Eastward by lines commencing at the said
North corner, and extending. Southward along the North-
East and South-East boundaries of said Location 7,
part of time North-East, the South-East, and part of the
South-West boundary of Location 8, the South-East
boundary of Location 17, and its production South-
Weslavard to the South-West boundary of -Location 20a,
and along part of said South-West boundary, part of
the South -East boundary of Reserve 1286, to the North -
Eastern. side of Road No. 168 I Kalamunda Road), and
along. said side of the road for about 15 chains; thence
South about 15 chains; thence South-Westward to a
point on the 'Eastern side of a surveyed road about 23
chains North of the East corner of Location 783; thence
Southward, South-Westward, and again Southward to
intersect the North-East boundary of Location 28, the
IIistriet boundary.
On the South -Westward and Westward by part of
District boundaries to the starting point.
East Ward.Bounded on the Northward, Eastward,
and Southward by parts of the District boundaries, from
the East corner of Helena Location 7 to their intersection
with the Eastern boundary of the West Ward.
On the Westward by part of the Eastern boundary of
the Ward from the aforesaid intersection to the starting
point.
