In the matter of " The Companies Act, 1893," and<br />
in the matter of the Akroyd Power Gas Co., Ltd.<br />
I, CHARLES HENRY AKROYD-STUART, Engineer,<br />
of Perth, Chairman at the extraordinary general meeting<br />
of shareholders of the above-named company, convened<br />
by notice, sent to each member of the company and<br />
held at James Street, West Perth, on Friday, 6th day<br />
of October, 1922, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon (being<br />
the place and time specified in the said notice), do<br />
hereby certify as follows:<br />
1. The meeting- was attended, either personally or<br />
by proxy, by the requisite number of members to form<br />
a quorum.<br />
2. That the subjoined special resolution was carried<br />
unanimously:<br />
`' That the Akroyd Power Gas Co., Ltd., be wound<br />
up voluntarily, and that Mr. Edward William Ling,<br />
of West Perth, Secretary, be and he is hereby<br />
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such windup."<br />

THE creditors of the above-named company are required,<br />
on or before the 18th day of November, 1922,<br />
to send their names and addresses, and the particulars<br />
of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses<br />
of their solicitors (if any) to Mr. Edward William Ling,<br />
the Voluntary Liquidator of the said company, at 276<br />
James Street, West Perth, and if so required by notice<br />
in writing from the said Voluntary Liquidator, are, by<br />
their solicitors, or otherwise, to prove their said debts<br />
or claims at the office of the Voluntary Liquidator, at<br />
276 James Street, West Perth, at such time as shall be<br />
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will<br />
be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made<br />
before such debts are proved.<br />
