In the matter of " The Companies Act, 1893," and
in the matter of the Akroyd Power Gas Co., Ltd.
I, CHARLES HENRY AKROYD-STUART, Engineer,
of Perth, Chairman at the extraordinary general meeting
of shareholders of the above-named company, convened
by notice, sent to each member of the company and
held at James Street, West Perth, on Friday, 6th day
of October, 1922, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon (being
the place and time specified in the said notice), do
hereby certify as follows:
1. The meeting- was attended, either personally or
by proxy, by the requisite number of members to form
a quorum.
2. That the subjoined special resolution was carried
unanimously:
`' That the Akroyd Power Gas Co., Ltd., be wound
up voluntarily, and that Mr. Edward William Ling,
of West Perth, Secretary, be and he is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such windup."

Ltd. (in Liquidation).
THE creditors of the above-named company are required,
on or before the 18th day of November, 1922,
to send their names and addresses, and the particulars
of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses
of their solicitors (if any) to Mr. Edward William Ling,
the Voluntary Liquidator of the said company, at 276
James Street, West Perth, and if so required by notice
in writing from the said Voluntary Liquidator, are, by
their solicitors, or otherwise, to prove their said debts
or claims at the office of the Voluntary Liquidator, at
276 James Street, West Perth, at such time as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will
be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved.

In the matter of the Estate of 'John Thomas Abbey,
late of Newtown, near Bnsselton, in the State of
Western Australia, Farmer, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having claims
or demands against the estate of the late Johr. Thomas
Abbey, who died on the 4th day of June, 1922, are requested
to send particulars in writing of their 'claims
and demands to George William Barnard the Younger,
the executor, care of the undersigned, on or before the
twenty-first day of October, 1922; after which date the
executor will distribute the assets among the persons
entitled thereto, having regard only to those claims of

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between George Hodgson, Robert Torrens
Browne, and John Windsor Cranston, carrying on business
