IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the
following alterations and additions have been made to
the Goods and Coaching Rates Books, dated 1st December,
1921:
Goods Rates Book:
Page 24 (Add)." Tractors, declared to be for use as
an agricultural machine or engine, C.R. 2, 0.R. 1."
Page 29 (Add). ' Cement Cisterns and Sinks, packed

Page 34 (Add)." Fruit and Vegetables, dehydrated.

Page 106 (Add)." Clay from Mount Kokeby to Fremantle
in truck loads, 7s. 7 1/3d. per ton, minimum
charge 6 tons per 4-wheeled truck.
This rate Will operate until 31/8/23."
Page 106 (Add)." Clay and Barytes from Shotts
and Craubrook to Subiaco, will be conveyed in trucks
that would otherwise run empty at Manure rate, minimum
6 tons per 4-wheeled wagin. lit trucks that have
to be specially supplied, 'V' rate and conditions apply."
Page 112 (Add)." Goods ex ship on through bill of
lading. Goods landed at :Prelim title on a bill of lading
to that Port may be railed from :Premantle or North
Fremantle to ,Bunbury, Busselton, or Albany at the
special rate provided on page 112 of the Goods Rates
:Book, provided that the goods are railed direct front
ship's side, and the hill of lading is sighted by the
Goods Agent, Fremantle, or Station Master, North Fremantle."
Page 112 (Add)." Special rate for Fertilisers and
Wheat, Fremantle to Ravensthorpe and site versa, on a
through Bill of Lading.
Fertilisers, Fronantle to Ravensthorpc.--A through
bill of lading will be issued by the State Shipping Service,
and the consigIlluents will be shipped Fremantle to
Hopetoun, thence to Raveusthorpe by rail, at the throughout
rate of 27s. 5d: per ton. Charges to be prepaid. The
special rate includes sea freight, :Preuumtle to Hopetoun,
wharfage and handling at Hopetoun, railage and sheetage
Hopetoun to Raveusthorpe, but not handling at the
latter station. Agency fees at 'Hopetoun not to be enforced.
Wheat, Rawensthorpc to Fremantle.A through bill of
lading will be issued by the District Station-master,
Hopetoun. Consignments will be railed to Hopetoun,
thence by ship to Fremantle, at the throughout Tate of
29s. per ton. Charges may be prepaid or made to pay.
The special rate includes railag,2 IRavensthorpe to Hopetoun,
wharf haulage and handling at Hopetoun, sea,
freight Hopetoun to Fremantle. Agency fees at Hopetoun
not to be enforced. In the event of sheets being ordered
and used to cover consignments between Ravensthorpe
and Hopetoun, charges as per page 16 of Goods Rates
Book to be levied in addition. The special rate does
hot include handling' at Ravensthorpe.
The freight on both fertilisers and wheat to be computed
on dead weight.
Consignment notes are to be regarded as bills of
lading. Rail receipts are to be issued by the District
Station-master, Hopetoun, for goods consigned front
Ravensthorpe; these receipts must be produced before
the goods can be obtained at Fremantle."

TAKE notice that :lames Henry Worth sometimes called
dames Worth formerly of Perth in the State of Western
Australia Bricklayer but now of "Newry" 29 High
Street North Sydney in the State of New South Wales
Gentleman has made application to be registered as the
proprietor of an estate in fee simple in possession in the
following parcel of land situate in the City of Perth
being:
Part of Perth Town Lot Y107 containing one rood
seven perches and seven-tenths of a perch
Bounded on the South-East by one chain ninety-eight
links and nine-tenths of a link of Melbourne Street
On the South-West by one chain fifty links of Roe
Street
On the North-West by one chain ninety-eight links
and nine-tenths of a links of the South-East boundary of

On the North-East by it line measuring one chain fifty
links and one-tenth of a link.
And further take notice that all persons other than
