8. 甲殼素對黑色素化的 C. neoformans 生物膜之影響<br />
當 C. neoformans 產生黑色素後,對免疫細胞的攻擊、氧化壓力的耐受性皆會提高<br />
[4]。而此實驗發現,黑色素化的 C. neoformans 生物膜對甲殼素的耐受性的確比對照組<br />
高,但實驗結果同時也說明,C. neoformans 所產生的黑色素並不會影響甲殼素的抑菌效<br />
