A meeting was held under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Chief Minister J&K on 09.07.09 wherein it was desired by him that NBCC shall project the completion dates
of each and every component of the scheme indicating the problem areas and their solutions for speedy implementation of the project. Accordingly, it is being
submitted to J&K Government in Consultation with the Line Department and Consultant recently appointed by the State Govt.
