The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) is a nine-item, validated, self-reported measure of depression that is based<br />
on the nine diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders according to the DSM-IV and yields a measure of depression<br />
severity. Scores range from 0 to 27 and scores of 5, 10, 15 and 20 reflect mild, moderate, moderately severe and severe<br />
depression, respectively.<br />
