The mean PHQ-9 score improved from 7.9 (± 0.3) at the initial visit to 6.0 (± 0.3) at the last follow-up visit, reflecting<br />

a 25 percent reduction in depression score severity (P < 0.0001). The standard box plots reflect the median and the<br />

25th and 75th quartiles. N = adult epilepsy patients treated with medications only and with greater than six months of<br />

follow-up. Mean duration of follow-up was 12.4 months.<br />
