Business Development Leader 10 Business Development Leader What do I need to do? To qualify as a Business Development Leader: • submit a minimum of $1,000 in personal sales within a calendar month • have at least six qualified Consultants, four of which must be personally sponsored • have total Team sales of at least $6,000 within a calendar month (includes your personal sales) • have at least two qualified First Generation Leaders What do I earn? • $250 First Generation New Leader Promotion Bonus when you promote a first-time First Generation Leader, and an additional $250 when that new First Generation Leader qualifies as a Leader for the next two calendar months • 25% commission on all personal sales • 5% bonus commission on personal sales of all Team members (including your personal sales) • 5% bonus commission on total sales of all First Generation Teams • 1% bonus commission on all Second Generation Teams • 3% bonus commission on total personal sales should you submit $2,000 or more What does my Organization look like?
