Director<br />
What do I need to do?<br />
To qualify as a Director:<br />
• submit a minimum of $1,000 in personal sales within a calendar month<br />
• have at least six qualified Consultants, four of which must be personally sponsored<br />
• have total Team sales of at least $6,000 within a calendar month (includes your personal sales)<br />
• have at least three qualified First Generation Leaders<br />
• have at least one qualified Second Generation Leader<br />
What do I earn?<br />
• $250 First Generation New Leader Promotion Bonus when you promote a first-time<br />
First Generation Leader, and an additional $250 when that new First Generation Leader<br />
qualifies as a Leader for the next two calendar months<br />
• $500 monthly Car Bonus<br />
• 25% commission on all personal sales<br />
• 5% bonus commission on personal sales of all Team members (including your personal sales)<br />
• 5% bonus commission on total sales of all First Generation Teams<br />
• 2% bonus commission on total sales of all Second Generation Teams<br />
• 3% bonus commission on total personal sales should you submit $2,000 or more<br />
