Executive Director 12 P P P Executive Director What do I need to do? To qualify as an Executive Director: • submit a minimum of $1,000 in personal sales within a calendar month • have six qualified Consultants, four of which must be personally sponsored • have total Team sales of at least $6,000 within a calendar month (includes your personal sales) • have at least six qualified First Generation Leaders • have at least two qualified Second Generation Leaders • have at least one qualified Third Generation Leader What do I earn? • $250 First Generation New Leader Promotion Bonus when you promote a first-time First Generation Leader, and an additional $250 when that new First Generation Leader qualifies as a Leader for the next two calendar months • $1,000 monthly Car Bonus • 25% commission on all personal sales • 5% bonus commission on personal sales of all Team members (including your personal sales) • 5% bonus commission on total sales of all First Generation Teams • 2% bonus commission on total sales of all Second Generation Teams • 1% bonus commission on total sales of all Third Generation Teams • 3% bonus commission on total personal sales should you submit $2,000 or more What does my Organization look like?
