Leader 8 Leader What do I need to do? To qualify as a Leader: • submit a minimum of $1,000 in personal sales within a calendar month • have a Team of at least six qualified Consultants, four of which must be personally sponsored • have total Team sales of at least $6,000 within a calendar month (includes your personal sales) • submit the online Leadership Agreement What do I earn? • $250 New Leader Bonus upon qualifying as a Leader and an additional $250 after you qualify as a Leader for the next two calendar months • 25% commission on all personal sales • 5% bonus commission on personal sales of all Team members (including your personal sales) • 3% bonus commission on total personal sales should you submit $2,000 or more What does my Organization look like?
