with their components. Both lists will serve to parameterize the competency distribution and evaluation weighting<br />

tools in the next phase. They can also serve, in the third phase, to design personalization rules based on competency<br />

gaps that will be triggered at runtime to provide to learners advice on resources to use, activities to complete, actors<br />

to consult, or simply on how to adapt their learning or knowledge management environment.<br />
