Trapping Page 114 March 2004 Babine SMZ is required to maintain consistency with the Kispiox LRMP. Section 3.1.2.4 specifically addresses bull trout habitat. In addition, direction for Water Quality and Hydrology, Landscape Riparian Corridors and Core areas will help protect riparian ecosystem integrity. The structure of the SRMP document has been changed to provide clear management direction for all values in the plan area. Where direction applies to one or more values, document is appropriately cross-referenced. Timber allocation and flow is not administered on a Landscape Unit basis. Seral stage and patch size objectives are based on current information about natural disturbance regimes, see Section 3.1.1.1 Winter harvest constraints removed. All available information on Gitxsan tourism proposals and opportunities have been incorporated into section 3.3.2(Tourism).
