In 1998 GTK expanded the survey capacity with<br />

the <strong>in</strong>troduction of a Cessna Caravan aircraft (Fig.<br />

5). The planned capacity of the Cessna Caravan is<br />

10 passengers. Due to developments <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>strumentation<br />

(weight reduction, and durability especially<br />

for vibrations etc.), a faster and smaller aircraft could<br />

Although the equipment <strong>in</strong> the Tw<strong>in</strong> Otter and the<br />

Cessna Caravan aircraft is basically identical, there<br />
