Salmon and Cucumber Pan<br />

4-6 portions<br />

Proceed as follows:<br />

Step 1<br />

Wash the cucumber and cut it in half. By using a spoon,<br />

scrape out the seeds. Cut the Cucumber into about 1.5 cm<br />

wide pieces. Peel and finely chop it.<br />

Step 2<br />

Rinse the salmon, pat it dry and cut it into 2 cm cubes. Heat<br />

oil in a pan and fry the fish in it till it gets a light brown / gold<br />

color, don't forget to add salt and pepper.<br />

Step 3<br />

Add onioncubes to another pan and braise it lightly. Add the<br />

cucumber and braise that for 2 minutes. Season it with salt<br />

and pepper.<br />

Step 4<br />

Add Soya broth and cream. Bring to a boil, then turn the<br />

temperature down, let it simmer in low heat for 4 minutes.<br />

Step 5<br />

Wash the dill meanwhile and shake it dry, take the salmon<br />

back in to the pan and cook it for 2 minutes, add salt and<br />

pepper, and serve it whit dill.<br />
