Roasted root vegetables<br />

4 portions<br />

Ingredients:<br />

1 carrot<br />

1 parsnip<br />

2-3 potatoes<br />

½ red onion<br />

2 tablespoon oil<br />

½ pepper<br />

2 pinches of salt<br />

½ pinch of pepper<br />

1 clove of garlic<br />

Serve with:<br />

Meat / chicken / turkey/ sausage and bread<br />

Proceed as follows:<br />

1. Set the oven to 225 degrees.<br />

2. Peel and wash carrots, parsnips and potatoes. Peel the<br />

onions.<br />

3. Seed the peppers.<br />

4. Slice the root vegetables, potatoes and vegetables into<br />

pieces.<br />

5. Put them in an oven-proof dish.<br />

6. Mix oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Put in the<br />

vegetables.<br />

7. Roast in center of oven for about 25-30 minutes.<br />

8. Stir during cooking.<br />

9. Feel with a stick when the root vegetables and potatoes<br />

are tender.<br />
