Potato soup with sausages<br />

4 potions<br />

Ingredients:<br />

750g large potatoes<br />

1 large carrot<br />

2 medium onions<br />

2 tablespoons oil<br />

4 tsp vegetable stock 150g frozen peas<br />

4 turkey sausage (75g)<br />

salt, white pepper, 4 stalks of parsley<br />

Proceed as follows:<br />

First, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large cubes. Now<br />

cut the onions into small cubes. Then wash the carrots, peel<br />

and dice. In the second step, the oil is heated in a saucepan.<br />

Next, give the potatoes, onions and carrots into the pot.<br />

Everything can sauté and add 1 1/4 gallons of water. Mix well<br />

and bring to boil. Do the lid on the pot and let it simmer over<br />

medium heat about 15 minutes. Add the peas and simmer for<br />

another 5 minutes. Then mash the soup with a potato<br />

masher and season lightly with salt and pepper. Now put in<br />

the sausages into the soup and heat all for about 5 minutes.<br />

Finally wash, dry and chop the parsley. Add the parsley and<br />

spread over the soup. Add somecream cheese if you like.<br />
