Salmon Roll with spinach<br />

and cream cheese<br />

Ingredients:<br />

200g salmon, smoked<br />

180g spinach<br />

200g Cheese, grated<br />

200g cream cheese with herbs<br />

1 egg<br />

Proceed as follows:<br />

Thaw the Spinach and mix it up with the egg. Put the mass<br />

on a baking tray with backing paper and spread it. Sprinkle<br />

the mass with the cheese.<br />

Put the baking tray at 200°C in the oven, approximately for 15<br />

min.<br />

Take it out and let it cool down completely. And then you can<br />

put the cream cheese on the prebacked mass. At last you put<br />

the salmonas a topping on the roll. Now you must roll the<br />

complete mass to a roll. Use aluminium foil to fix it. After 8<br />

hours in the fridge you can taste this delicious dish.<br />
