As any company that has supplied to the automotive<br />
sector will know, the price for sending inaccurate or substandard<br />
parts is a high one. If the products produced<br />
using the <strong>Haas</strong>-manufactured moulds stop production<br />
lines at automobile companies, Italbox will have to face<br />
huge penalties.<br />
However, the <strong>Haas</strong> machines at Italbox are<br />
performing with gusto, ensuring that the company’s<br />
customers are more than satisfied. So much so that this<br />
new found capability is also allowing Italbox to develop<br />
and patent its own EPP products, like a space- and<br />
weight-saving tool-kit container that sits inside a car’s<br />
spare wheel.<br />
With so many newly found benefits it is difficult<br />
to see a future rosier than current times. “We’ll just<br />
continue as we are,” says Paglia. “We’re happy with the<br />
<strong>Haas</strong> machines, and the clients are happy with the work<br />
we do. We can’t ask for more than that.”<br />
