Minimum Recommendations for a Networked Communication Server
A Communication Server (or Loop Communication Server, LCS) is the PC/Server that handles the
communication to the Loops/controllers in a Networked System. In a networked system, the
software components can be distributed among more than one PC. Thus, the database may or
may not reside on the Communication Server.
