10η μέρα του Ιούνη, 10η ώρα πρωινή. Στο αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία συναντάμε
φίλους, γνωστούς που λόγω του ενθουσιασμού αισθανόμαστε σαν φίλους, όπως
και αγνώστους που –πάλι λόγω ενθουσιασμού- αισθανόμαστε σαν γνωστούς.
Επίσημος προορισμός όλων μας η Βαρκελώνη. Ανεπίσημος, μία από τις καλύτερες
μουσικές εμπειρίες του 2013.
Προσγειωνόμαστε το μεσημέρι και ο μαραθώνιος Οff- Sonar ξεκινά. Πρώτος σταθμός το rooftop
party της Pet Recordings των Catz ‘N Dogz. Καυτός ο ήλιος, ήδη ‘ζεστοί’ εμείς, χορεύουμε
ασταμάτητα. Οι ήχοι που ακούμε, δύσκολοι στο να περιγραφούν με λέξεις, αφήνουν ενεργές
μόνο τις εγκεφαλικές περιοχές που σχετίζονται με τη μουσική και την κίνηση. Ο Tom Demac με
το live του δικαιώνει πανηγυρικά τη φήμη του αφήνοντάς μας πραγματικά εντυπωσιασμένους.
10th of June, 10 a.m. We find ourselves along with friends, acquaintances and unknown
people, who all- due to the excitement- feel like friends, at Macedonia airport.
Official destination, Barcelona. Unofficial, one of the best mucical experiences of
2013.
We landed a few hours later only to indulge ourselves in the Off Sonar Marathon
right away. First stop, Cats ‘N Dogs and Pet Recordings’ rooftop party. The sun was
burning hot, we were already warmed up, we couldn’t stop dancing. The only brain
areas able to function were those related to music and movement- the indescribable
sounds didn’t give us much of a choice. Tom Demac justified his fame, making a
huge impression to us.
