C) Retrograde ejaculation is backflow of semen into the bladder<br />

due to incompetent bladder neck e.g. after bladder neck and<br />

prostatic surgery and in diabetic men.<br />

D) Anejaculation: Failure to ejaculate may result from:<br />

- Androgen deficiency.<br />

- Sympathetic denervation e.g. retroperitoneal lymph node<br />

dissection in testicular cancer.<br />

- Alpha-adrenergic blockers.<br />

- Bladder neck and prostatic surgery.<br />

- Diabetes mellitus.<br />

E) Anorgasmia is the inability to achieve orgasm during<br />

intercourse.<br />

Psychogenic<br />

Psychotropic drugs.<br />

Decreased penile sensation e.g. in diabetic neuropathy.<br />

3- Hematospermia:<br />

The presence of blood in seminal fluid is usually due to nonspecific<br />

inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicles or after a<br />

prolonged sexual abstinence and resolves spontaneously within<br />

several weeks.<br />

Exclude tuberculosis and prostate cancer if hematospermia persists.<br />

4- Peyronie's disease: Curvature of the penis secondary to formation<br />

of fibrous plaques within the tunica albuginea.<br />

5- Priapism: Persistent or prolonged (>4h), painful, purposeless (in<br />

the absence of sexual stimulation) penile erection.<br />

6- Infertility is the inability to conceive after one year of unprotected<br />

sexual intercourse.
