HYDROCELE<br />
Hydrocele is an abnormal collection of serous fluid in some part of<br />
the processus vaginalis, usually the tunica. The testis is impalpable<br />
hydrocele transilluminates Fig. (15).<br />

CONGENITAL HYDROCELE:<br />
1. Vaginal hydrocele: very common.<br />
2. Infantile hydrocele: the processus vaginalis is obliterated at<br />
the external inguinal ring.
