7.3 Sanitary Service<br />
A sanitary sewage collection system will<br />
service lands within <strong>Windermere</strong> and<br />
connect into the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Edmonton</strong>’s SESS<br />
(South <strong>Edmonton</strong> Sanitary Service)<br />
system. The sanitary servicing concept<br />
for the <strong>ASP</strong> reflects the latest approved<br />
edition <strong>of</strong> the AMP (October 2002).<br />
Details will be provided by Neighbourhood<br />
Design Reports submitted concurrently with<br />
Neighbourhood Structure Plans. Current sanitary servicing<br />
is provided for <strong>Windermere</strong> Ridge from servicing extended<br />
from Terwillegar Heights. No additional connections shall<br />
be allowed to the <strong>Windermere</strong> Ridge temporary sewer line.<br />
7.4 Shallow Utilities<br />
Power, gas and telecommunication<br />
services are all located within close<br />
proximity to the <strong>Windermere</strong> <strong>ASP</strong> and will<br />
be extended as required.<br />
