EEP is drawn up by competent authority (for permission),using the<br />
information provided by the local authorities <strong>and</strong> institutions, as well<br />
as the data offered by the economic operator in the Safety Report<br />
(SR), the Internal Emergency Plan (IEP) <strong>and</strong> public information<br />
documents.<br />

Competent authority draws an integrated EEP related to more<br />
establishments located in the same geographical area, even if<br />
managed by different operators.
