Mixer
MITEQ’s new Model IR0618LC4E
broadband image rejection mixer
design has an ultra-wide IF bandwidth.
This mixer is useful for
downconverting and receiving high
data rate bandwidth signals as well
as for wideband test equipment
needs. RF/LO Frequency: 6 – 18
GHz; IF Frequency: 10 – 1000 MHz;
Mixer
The MRA-42LH+ combines a double
balance mixer with a highly
linear, low noise IF amplifier to
provide a high gain active mixer for
efficient operation from 1000 MHz
to 4200 MHz. Due to its ultra compact
size, the MRA series offers
additional flexibility, enabling the
user to install design specific components
(filters, attenuators,
switches) based on design needs.
The Schottky diode and MMIC
amplifier are bonded to a multilayer
integrated LTCC substrate and
then sealed under a controlled
nitrogen atmosphere with gold plated
covers and eutectic Au-Sn solder.
These mixers have been tested to
MIL requirements for gross leak,
fine leak, thermal shock, vibration,
acceleration, mechanical shock and
Cable Assemblies
Pasternack Enterprises’ new 1/2”
coaxial jumpers are used on many
RF communications applications
that benefit from low PIM.
Examples of these applications
include tower top jumpers, shelter/
cabinet jumpers, antenna feed
lines and 2 way land mobile radio
installations. The new 1/2” corrugated
coax jumpers from
Pasternack are perfect for runs
when, low PIM, low VSWR, low
insertion loss, and/or RF Isolation
are critical. Pasternack coaxial
jumpers are 100% RF tested for
PIM and VSWR, ensuring optimum
installed performance. Low
PIM coax cable jumpers are fabricated
with advanced soldering
technology incorporating specially
designed connectors, providing a
durable assembly for years of superior
PIM and VSWR performance.
Attenuator
PMI Model PSAT-2500-11B-CD-1 is
a 2.5 GHz, 11 Bit Digitally
Controlled Attenuator/Analog
Phase Shifter assembly with the
capability for phase shifting from 0
to 360° with an attenuation range
of 60 dB minimum. This model has
insertion loss of 10 dB maximum
and a VSWR of 1.5:1 maximum into
50 ohms. Phase shift speed is 50
nsec maximum while the attenuation
speed is 1 usec max. This model
is designed to offer high levels of
phase shift accuracy and attenuation
accuracy over time and over an
operating temperature range of 0°C
to +70°C. This device is offered in a
