Be Judged in Sports Law!!!
The Moot Court is a key feature of sports law classes. Students are given a client and present a
legal argument to the court. Students learn not only the legal issues with managing sports players but also
how to represent those players. There were also discussions around the current issues of drugs in sport
and what role sport management plays in the good governance of the industry. Next semester students
will have a player to manage throughout the semester and their legal issues each week.
