Be Judged in Sports Law!!!<br />
The Moot Court is a key feature <strong>of</strong> sports law classes. Students are given a client and present a<br />
legal argument to the court. Students learn not only the legal issues w<strong>it</strong>h managing sports players but also<br />
how to represent those players. T<strong>here</strong> were also discussions around the current issues <strong>of</strong> drugs in sport<br />
and what role sport management plays in the good governance <strong>of</strong> the industry. Next semester students<br />
will have a player to manage throughout the semester and their legal issues each week.<br />
