ICMS Sports School Term Barbeque – Fun in the Sun!!<br />
On February 26th 2013 the Sports School held a BBQ social event at the headlands BBQ & Sports Zone for<br />
all those students majoring in Sports at ICMS and their lecturers. T<strong>here</strong> was a good turn out w<strong>it</strong>h well over<br />
30 people attending as well as lecturers including Melissa Roughley, Katherine Hawes & Martin Long.<br />
The sporties were able to mingle w<strong>it</strong>h students from different terms, chat about upcoming events and<br />
establish some new networks- Class Reps; Rachel Shrimpton and Joel Saaghy had the opportun<strong>it</strong>y to make<br />
some announcements and give their support to the sports school- not to go w<strong>it</strong>hout a friendly but<br />
compet<strong>it</strong>ive game <strong>of</strong> futsal. W<strong>it</strong>h both new and older students attending <strong>it</strong> made for a great event which<br />
would be valuable to hold in future terms also.<br />
