Widener <strong>University</strong><br />
Combined BS/DVM Degree Program<br />
Widener <strong>University</strong> in Pennsylvania has joined with <strong>St</strong>.<br />
George’s <strong>University</strong> in an agreement to offer qualified<br />
students the opportunity to pursue a career in medicine<br />
or veterinary medicine at <strong>St</strong>. George’s <strong>University</strong> following<br />
successful completion of three years of premedicine or<br />
preveterinary medicine at Widener <strong>University</strong>, allowing the<br />
students to obtain the BS/DVM degree.<br />
Enrolled students begin their studies at Widener <strong>University</strong>,<br />
completing three years of undergraduate study. After<br />
meeting the requirements for promotion, qualified students<br />
then proceed to Grenada to enter the first year of the<br />
<strong>St</strong>. George’s <strong>University</strong> Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of<br />
Veterinary Medicine program.<br />
