Moms will be greeted with a smile, a long-stemmed rose and<br />

Mother’s Day, May 9. The t<strong>as</strong>ting room will be rele<strong>as</strong>ing the 2009 Rosé<br />
and author and chef, Barbara P<strong>as</strong>sino will be on hand from noon to 3<br />
p.m. to sign her cookbook, Chocolate for Breakf<strong>as</strong>t.<br />
The 2009 Rosé ($18) is produced in a traditional French Rhone<br />
style. Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre make this a seductive and<br />
complex wine. It h<strong>as</strong> wonderful tropical arom<strong>as</strong> and a delightful touch<br />
of r<strong>as</strong>pberry, cherry and peach flavors with hints of spice in the finish.<br />
Slightly chilled, this Rosé is the ultimate wine to kick off the warm<br />
weather se<strong>as</strong>on and celebrate Mom.<br />
Barbara P<strong>as</strong>sino is the proprietor/chef of Oak Knoll Inn, a luxurious,<br />
