4. All notices hereunder shall be transmitted by registered or certified mail, return receipt
requested, to the address of the parties set forth above or such other address as either
party may designate from time to time in a written notice to the other party.
5. Neither this agreement nor the disclosure of information in accordance herewith grants
rights under any patent of either party.
6. This agreement shall be construed and the respective rights and obligations of the parties
determined according to the laws of the State of Illinois.
7. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to
the subject matter hereof and the terms, conditions and provisions of this agreement shall
prevail over any additional or inconsistent statements, terms, conditions, or provisions
contained in any document passing between the parties hereto including, but not limited
to, any acknowledgments, confirmations or notices. This agreement may not be amended
or modified except in writing, signed by a duly authorized representative of each of the
parties.
8. The undersigned represent and warrant that they are legal representatives of and have the
authority to execute this agreement on behalf of their respective parties.
