1.32.1 Henry Woods (2087) was baptized on the 3rd <strong>of</strong> June, 1810, at Rushen. He died<br />

aged twenty-six years at Castletown and was buried on the 10th <strong>of</strong> August, 1836, at<br />

Arbory.<br />

1.32.2 Catherine Woods (2088) was baptized on the 11th <strong>of</strong> November, 1812, at Rushen.<br />

No further details are available.<br />

1.32.3 Ann Woods (2089) was baptized on the 21st <strong>of</strong> May, 1815, at Arbory. No further<br />

details are available. Possible marriage to William Corrin on the 15th <strong>of</strong> April, 1838,<br />

at Malew.<br />

1.32.4 Mary Woods (2090) was baptized on the 9th <strong>of</strong> November, 1817, at Arbory. She<br />

married William Scarffe (see Volume V, 9.2.2) on the 10th <strong>of</strong> October, 1835, at<br />

Lonan. She was buried at Braddan on the 27th <strong>of</strong> April, 1886, when her age was<br />

recorded as 67 years. See Volume V, 9.4 for details <strong>of</strong> her descendants.<br />

1.32.5 John Woods (2091) was baptized on the 6th <strong>of</strong> September, 1820, at Arbory. He<br />

did not survive childhood and was buried on the 19th <strong>of</strong> January, 1821, at Arbory.<br />

1.32.6 William Woods (2092) was baptized on the 15th <strong>of</strong> April, 1822, at Arbory. In<br />

1841 he was living in Queen Hithe Street, Castletown, at the house <strong>of</strong> Thomas<br />

Clague, with his widowed mother. By 1851, a sailor, he was living at 6, Queen Hithe<br />

Street, with his wife, Sarah (from Ireland) and two young daughters: Ann aged 2<br />

years and Jane aged 4 months (no marriage or Baptismal records found).<br />

1.33.1 John <strong>Corkish</strong> (2093) was baptized on the 14th <strong>of</strong> January, 1810, at Rushen. He<br />

married Eleanor Bridson on the 13th <strong>of</strong> May, 1834, at Malew. He died before the<br />

census <strong>of</strong> 1871. See 1.34 for details <strong>of</strong> his descendants.<br />

In 1841–51 he was a miner living at Baroole. In 1861 he and his family were living at<br />

Granite Quarry House, Malew.<br />

1.33.1.1 Eleanor Bridson (2310) was born circa 1810. She married John <strong>Corkish</strong> on the<br />

13th <strong>of</strong> May, 1834, at Malew. See 1.34 for details <strong>of</strong> her descendants.<br />
