Responsibilities<br />

Maintain liaison with AFPC / DPDOST (PSOCC) which<br />

provides computer support, MAJCOM Personnel Systems<br />

Division, other <strong>base</strong> activities, other MPSs serviced by the<br />

same computer and all MPS work centers.<br />

Monitor, train, and coordinate corrective actions for all<br />

DJMS rejects with the appropriate work center, IAW<br />

AFCSM 36-699, Vol 1, Chapter 8.<br />

Train MPS <strong>personnel</strong> on how to read and use the DJMS<br />

TR (RRW0Q).<br />

Ensure appropriate MPS work centers and PSM have<br />

MMPA access through coordination and approval of local<br />

FSO. Provide MMPA training to work centers as<br />

necessary.<br />

Provide the appropriate MPS work centers a copy of the<br />

DJMS TR (RRW0Q).<br />

monthly DJMS Reconciliation files.<br />

system releases to include system changes.<br />

Ensure that HRS software is loaded correctly and working AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

properly on all authorized systems.<br />

Assist Force Management with any missing manpower AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

authorizations.<br />

When produced, provide the RIP RRASVL (Report of AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

26 AAC 31, 37, and 81) to Career Development for<br />

forwarding to the medical facility.<br />

Assist MPS work centers and <strong>base</strong> agencies with loading, AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

using and processing HRS Batch Templates.<br />

Provide initial and changes to DSA Appointment letter AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

IAW AFCSM 36-699 Vol 6, Chapter 25.<br />

Provide initial and changes to Discover Access letter IAW AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

AFCSM 36-699 Vol 6, Chapter 22.<br />

Evaluate requests for system access and when appropriate, AFCSM 36-699, Vol 6<br />

add users.<br />
