Class of 1993 reunion gift
In August, 65 alumni and friends from the graduating
year 1996 (entry year 1993) came back to campus for
a reunion at Keynes. The organisers were Sarah Ivens
K93, Editor in Chief of OK! magazine in New York, and
Rose St Louis K93 (Compliance Manager, SEI
Investments Europe Ltd). Rose said, ‘It was a fantastic
event, and we are thrilled to have raised nearly £400
to give to Kent; we just wish it could have been more!’
This reunion class gift goes to the Annual Fund.
Phonathon
In January five students embarked on a mini phonathon
to 130 alumni. Our team of callers thoroughly enjoyed
chatting about life at Kent and beyond and in the
process raised £12,373.06 for the Annual Fund with
gifts still coming in.The phonathon is an invaluable way
for us to keep in touch with alumni and to gain useful
feedback on our alumni programme and services. We
are extremely grateful to all those who took part by
sparing the time to speak with a current student, for
offering to be careers network contacts and for
generously supporting the Annual Fund.
