MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
A Kansas attorney of record seeks the admission of an out-of-state attorney to practice
law in this appeal.
1. Background. Jane Pleader, an attorney in this case, admitted to practice law in Kansas, and
in good standing, asks this court to admit [Insert name of out-of-state attorney] to practice
law in Kansas for this particular appeal.
2. Authority. Supreme Court Rule 1.10.

Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and the D.C. United States Circuit Court of Appeals
