Conclusion For the aforementioned reasons, Mr. Doe respectfully requests that this Court (1) reverse one of his aggravated robbery convictions as multiplicitous; (2) reverse his remaining aggravated robbery conviction for insufficient evidence and remand it to the district court with directions to resentence Mr. Doe for misdemeanor theft or for attempted aggravated robbery; and (3) reverse his remaining convictions and remand for a new trial.
