The image of different research fields is being constantly discussed in a variety of discourses.<br />

Image has an important role in choosing profession, that is, studies for professions. Also,<br />

image is an important factor for establishing practices and priorities of both regional and<br />

international research trends. Researcher’s image is being discussed for some time, however,<br />

researcher‘s in education image is a new theme. Education science has been discussed as a<br />

separate field from pedagogy just during the last two decades, therefore, researcher‘s in<br />

education science image is still at focus. In this paper a part of study results are presented.<br />

Only qualitative data is presented here.<br />

ANOTATION<br />

In modern societies, knowledge has become one of the most important conditions for<br />

increasingly valued personal realization. This is particularly evident in the recent decades,<br />

significant changes in management emphasize the quality of managing, organizational<br />

behavior and culture, work efficiency, technological developments and competition. Rapid<br />

technological and political changes caused a natural need for people to learn. Organizers of<br />

business in various countries have started to develop a new network of learning in all sorts of<br />

environments at all stages of human’s life.<br />

Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje žinios tampa vis didesne vertybe ir asmens<br />

realizavimosi sąlyga. Tai ypač ryšku pastaraisiais dešimtmečiais esminiams pokyčiams<br />

vykstant vadyboje, kada akcentuojama kokybės vadyba, organizacinė elgsena ir kultūra,<br />

darbo efektyvumas, technologinė sparta ir konkurencija. Spartūs globaliniai, technologiniai ir<br />

darbo pobūdžio pasikeitimai kelia natūralų poreikį žmonėms nuolat mokytis. Įvairių šalių<br />

švietimo ir verslo organizatoriai kelia sau uždavinius efektyviam mokymosi galimybių tinklo<br />

sudarymui visoje šiuolaikinį žmogų supančioje aplinkoje, įvairiais jo gyvenimo tarpsniais.<br />

Straipsnyje išsamiai aptariama aktuali vadybos ir andragogikos tema – suaugusiųjų<br />

mokymasis besimokančioje organizacijoje. Nagrinėjamas įvairių mokslininkų požiūris į<br />
