PRE-POLLYWOG 2 to 4 years
The instructor works with your child to become more comfortable
in the water without a parent. Skills taught include bobbing
underwater, front and back floats, safety and fun.

POLLYWOGS 3 - 5 years
Respecting and enjoying the water are two objectives of preschool
swim lessons. Instructors will work with your child on introductory
swim skills and on having fun in the water. Skills taught include water
adjustment, front floats, holding breath and arm strokes.

Water Safety
lifeguard training class
This American Red Cross class includes CPR (PR) and First
Aid. Prerequisites; 15 years of age by the first class; and
able to swim 300 continuous yards, retrieve a 10 lb rubber
brick from the bottom of the diving well and swim 25 meters
with it. You must attend every class and pass all skills and
written tests to receive a Red Cross Certification.

Water Safety Instructor Class
Learn the ins and outs of the American Red Cross Learn
to Swim Program. Successful completion of this class fully
certifies you to teach. Prerequisites: you must be 16 years
of age: pass a skills proficiency test in: front, back crawl,
breaststroke, sidestroke, butterfly and elementary backstroke.
You must attend and participate in all classes and
pass written test to recieve certification.
